Returns and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel your order please contact the Website Team as soon as possible to request this.
If your order has not yet been processed by our delivery Depot you will receive a full refund via the payment method that you used to pay us.
Returns are not accepted for Cut to Size Bespoke items
All other returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
In the event of a failed delivery, an additional charge of £50 will be applied to each subsequent delivery.
